1. With vast knowledge in different system used in CCTV such as; VCR, the latest Digital Video Recording (DVR) and the new developed and recently implemented system called the Network Video Recording (NVR). 2. Design, develop and implement the strategic surveillance plans for the entire casino operations.3. Directs all activities of the Surveillance Department in accordance with the Company policy and regulations.4. Maintain training manuals for the Surveillance personnel and instruct them in the methods required to perform their respective functions as unconstructively as possible.5. Establish and maintain all records necessary of the Surveillance activities.6. Notify the appropriate individuals upon the detection of any illegal activity; ensure successful prosecution as deemed necessary.7. Assist in all crime prevention activities and programs, while maintaining the essential independence of the Surveillance Department.8. Perform, when requested by the President or Board of Directors, thorough investigations on casino personnel prior to employment and/or after employment, requesting necessary pertinent information from local, Federal, and other law enforcement agencies and police departments, as warranted.9. Oversee all surveillance equipment and its necessary upkeep and repairs.10. Report to the President or Board of Directors all matters as required and directed.11. Selects and hires new staff.12. Handles budgets.13. Perform other functions as maybe required.
