I work with a diverse and talented team to implement HR policies and practices, manage employee relations, and facilitate learning and development opportunities.I have a strong academic background in human resource management and finance, having completed my MBA from Cambridge Institute of Technology in January 2023. I also have relevant work experience in hypothesis validation and product testing, which I gained during my one-year stint at Trane Technologies. There, I collaborated with engineers and designers to test innovative solutions for energy efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, I participated in an academic project with the students of De Haagse Hogeschool in the Netherlands, where I learned about the HR challenges and opportunities in a different cultural context.I am a curious and adaptable learner, always eager to expand my knowledge and skills in the HR domain.
