• New product design & development of fabrication and casting component and manufacturing techniques• Preparation of BOM, Installation Drawings, layouts for products and their accessories• Gathering and analyzing test results and modifying / upgrading existing designs.• Interact with suppliers & vendors about product manufacturing feasibility.• Support the build of Prototype and Testing products.• Involved in material cost reduction and concept generation of transmission parts.• Maintaining document control and system accuracy to ensure all BOMs, SOPs, drawings and master-data are correct to requirements• CAD implementation for contractors. Paper drawing to CAD conversion using Solid works.

• Assist customer in creating 3D visualization content.• Ensure design is aligned to Customers’ expectations.• Responsible for checking and testing of certain meters and for distinguishing concerns, identifying them and attaining solutions to these concerns.• Demonstrated skills in mechanical assembly, process, jig and fixture design.
