My father was the sole breadwinner, managing to support our family, while my mother was a housewife.• Thirty years ago, we lived in villages surrounded by farmers, with government schools that had poor infrastructure, no electricity, no good hospitals, and a lack of opportunities. • Witnessing these struggles, I developed a strong desire to break the cycle of a middle-class journey. Back then, I believed that the only way to become successful was to get good marks in school and earn a good degree and become doctor or Engineer. Although I was a bright student, I was ignorant, directionless, but had a strong desire to achieve something.• After my father was posted to Guwahati, I completed my graduation from Guwahati University from a tier 3 College. However, the journey after graduation proved to be quite challenging. I found myself caught in a loop of no experience, no branded degree, and no college placement.• Despite these hardships, I was determined to break free from the middle-class cycle. After my father was posted to Guwahati, I completed my graduation from Guwahati University. However, the lack of experience and branded degree made finding a job difficult. I took a part-time job for Rs 5000 while continuing my education.• Starting as a sales executive, my professional journey began. Despite numerous challenges and rejections, I diversified my skills by transitioning from sales to marketing, e-commerce, fintech, and IT. Each transition was difficult, but my determination and willingness to embrace discomfort paid off. Fear, Rejection and discomfort became my companions.• After 10 years of hard work and persistence, I now have a good house, 6 figure income, a stable job, a vehicle, an international offers.
