As an experienced automotive design engineer with specialization in exterior plastic trims, I have worked on various OEM projects in this field. I am highly proficient in using CATIA V5/V6 software for 3D component design and 2D drawings, and have extensive experience working with PLM systems such as ENOVIA and Teamcenter.My experience has primarily focused on exterior trim parts and assembly. I am well-versed in conducting packaging studies and preparing technical documents, and have worked closely with international clients to ensure that components meet project milestones and are optimized based on simulation and testing results.Throughout my career, I have maintained a strong commitment to quality by conducting regular self-quality checks and completing checklists to ensure that my work meets the highest standards. I am dedicated to delivering projects on time and on budget, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed successfully.I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and design methodologies, and I am always seeking new opportunities to challenge myself and further develop my skills in the field of automotive design engineering.My academic project entitled PASSION WALK, which enables paraplegics to perform their daily tasks independently with greater efficiency and reliability, received recognition from the Kerala State Government and was awarded the Best Innovative Project in the State Level and Best Project for Advancing Technology for Humanity by IEEE. This recognition boosted my and my teammates' confidence, and we were able to showcase our teamwork, leadership, and developmental skills at the start of our careers and beyond.
