During that time, I understood the value of customer satisfaction and how it plays an important role in running a successful business all over the world like amazon. Thinking from the shoes of a customer, understanding their problems and providing a proper solution made me a good thinker not only on my career point of view in customer handling, on my approach to life as well.I learned to write proper emails and improved my English, which I had no idea how valuable these two things are going to help me in the future.By the start of 2016, my proper software design journey started.
