I started my career in HDFC as Deputy Manager & Unit Head for CMS Collection and Remittances in Hyderabad, Jun'07. I was assigned new responsibilities as Deputy Manager & Unit Head for Clearing Operations in Sept'08 and a year later as Deputy Manager & Unit Head for Clearing, CMS & DP Operations at Vizag in Sep'09. I became the Manager & Cluster Head for Operations at Nalgonda in Jul'11 and in Nov'12, I was the Manager & Cluster Head for Operations at Nizamabad branch. Currently I am serving as the Sr. Manager & Cluster Head (Operations) for Nizamabad branch from Oct'13. In the retail assets and liability operations I had been instrumental in training bank staff in Identification of fake / fabricated documents and was able to arrest 12 fraud attempts in Account opening and Loan disbursal.I handle customer complaints / queries and ensured closure within the set TAT. I also handle Internal/RBI/ SEBI/NSDL Auditors-replying to queries, closure of the queries. I conduct staff training and handle RTGS, NEFT, ECS, Direct Credit Operations and Bulk DD Issuances
