( Retail, Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Health care.β’ Designing, building & developing new value added services for Data Center- server racks, retail and healthcare industries. β’ Managing Value Added Services & Trucking Department. (Responsible for P&L, Operations, Business Development, Customer Service, Team Management, AR, Service Provider Management.)β’ Work as Senior Process Associate and spearhead the entire gamut of functions for global logistics operations by handling new services/logistics solutions relevant to Land, Ocean, and Air Freights for various industries including Retail, Fashion, Information & Technology, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Aviation, Automotive, Pharma, etc to attain company business goals and profitability.β’ Oversee the management of the Transcon department and ensure that productivity and profitability goals for the Transcon department are met.β’ Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, data center, server racks logistics and ensure all logistic providers execute shipments in accordance with established SLA and standards. β’ Build value added services for delivering impeccable logistics solutions and negotiate with carriers/service providersfor competitive rates.β’ Lead the design and implementation of SOW (Scope of Work) and KPIβs (Key Performance Indicators) with service providers and customers. Propose distribution, transportation and logistical solutions to support improved or cost-beneficial freight movements.β’ Monitor all contract logistics administration activities for compliance with standard processes. Steer optimization and process improvement initiatives.β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and customers. Foster and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and industry contacts supporting the attainment of the goals for the business.
