Key Responsibilities… • Manage a team of IT recruiters who are passionate about locating highly skilled and talented consultants.• Work with our sales team and clients to understand not only the technical requirements, but also the client culture and other relevant aspects that may be important to consultants.• Provide oversight to ensure that opportunities are a win for consultants as well as for our clients.• Work with our sales team to coordinate onboarding activities so that new consultants are well prepared in advance of a new engagement and personally introduced to our client on day one.• Support our company culture of transparency to assure the right match between the consultant and client. If the opportunity is not a fit, we continue to help the consultant find the right opportunity for them.
