Current- Key Responsibilities…
- Manage a team of IT recruiters who are passionate about locating highly skilled and talented consultants.
- Work with our sales team and clients to understand not only the technical requirements, but also the client culture and other relevant aspects that may be important to consultants.
- Provide oversight to ensure that opportunities are a win for consultants as well as for our clients.
- Work with our sales team to coordinate onboarding activities so that new consultants are well prepared in advance of a new engagement and personally introduced to our client on day one.
- Support our company culture of transparency to assure the right match between the consultant and client. If the opportunity is not a fit, we continue to help the consultant find the right opportunity for them.
