Enterprise Auditor (Global) to review the Governance at J&J External Manufacturer for all three sectors (Medical, Pharm and Consumer) at ASPAC and EMEA.

-Regional Assignments to deliver new products by adopting established updated worldwide systems-Active participation in facility & equipment design & upgradations (for new TPMs, Mfg & filling equipments including FAT stage)-Conducting audits for API manufacturers-Authorize the Change Control formats for proper execution-Non-conformance handling in both material/finished product with root cause identification by providing corrective & preventive action steps-Monitoring HVAC qualifications to meet ISO 8 requirements -Handling Regulatory requirements for Import & Exports -Continuously strive to enhance value to consumer by developing robust manufacturing process to reduce cycle time and minimize wastage.-Facility assessment of new & existing manufacturing locations-Adopt supplier quality management programs/ Improved Manufacturing practices -To develop, guide & review the implementation of Quality norms at contract locations, recommend action steps in deviations-GMP Training’s at contract locations-Proactively ensure compliance to Local Regulatory requirements for new and existing products-Active participation in New product project time lines.-Keep appraised management on the critical issues and suggest modifications-Coordinate with the internal depts. like marketing, supply chain, production, warehouse, purchase to achieve business targets-C&FA visits - product/package quality checks-Handling Consumer & Customer complaints with FI & CAPA
