My numerous achievements here led the company to the fastest growth it had seen, with industry-leading profitability and #1 or #2 market share position in each our products.I was Director of the Board, Member of the Leadership Team DuPont India, and Member of the Board of E I DuPont India.Highlights:• As I mentioned in the summary, this is the role where I improved revenue by 10x and operating income by 15x. This resulted in 30% and 38% CAGR of revenue and operating margins, respectively. I also improved return on sales by 19%.• I aligned the organization with new market opportunities via divestment and acquisitions. This resulted in margin improvements of 5% up through 15% in different product lines and - as mentioned above - #1 or #2 in market shares.• I streamlined the product line, eliminating any with low margins and poor growth. I introduced new, high-opportunity product lines through acquisition and subsequent successful company integration.• I also executed a differentiated go-to-market strategy to allocate a higher percentage of sales, reduce the support functional resources as well as the geographical coverage (to improve effectiveness), and much more. This increased penetration from 20% up to 80% in our target geographies, with a 6x increase in sales volume and a 13x increase in revenue.

I also captured a cost advantage of up to 30% over the competition.• I improved operational efficiency of our manufacturing area, introducing a high-performance work system to build self-regulated teams. This increased the output by more than 40%.• I also transformed the manufacturing investment strategy, moving towards a third-party manufacturing plan. I established 50%+ of capacity needs through those third-party custom manufacturing facilities, allowing my company management to focus on our core activities. This resulted in additional manpower and cost savings.
