I have successfully led the development of several key Proof of Concepts (POCs) that are transforming the way we approach product development in the travel industry. My work focuses on integrating innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience, optimize operational processes, and open new revenue streams for airlines and travel agencies.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗢𝗖𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗱: 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿, 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿, 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 (𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗗): Spearheaded the development of a POC for the OOSD framework, streamlining the entire travel booking lifecycle by enabling dynamic offer creation, real-time order management, and automated settlement and delivery. This will improve operational efficiency and reduced friction between airlines, distributors, and travellers. 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Developed a POC focused on creating a more flexible and user-friendly ancillary services platform for an airline to manage their ancillaries (Air and Non-Air) from Inhouse and Third-party Suppliers, enabling customers to seamlessly select additional services (e.g., extra baggage, Lounge, Insurance,) during the booking process. This project improves upselling opportunities and increases overall revenue for airlines.
