As a Customer service Executive at Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS), I work with the GIS and Fiber Engineering team to provide network solutions and support to clients across various industries. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IFET College of Engineering, I have a strong foundation in networking concepts and technologies, such as troubleshooting, switching, and DHCP.In my 3 years of experience, I have successfully handling multiple projects involving network design, implementation, and optimization, using fiber optics as the main medium of communication. I have also enhanced my negotiation and interpersonal skills by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery. My goal is to further develop my networking skills and knowledge and contribute to the growth and innovation of TCTS.
