Preparing the manual, Setting Objectives and analysis of KPIs on specified intervals, conducting Management reviews, Plan Schedule and perform internal audits at Different sites upon time.• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by implementing the tools like Planned and unplanned audits and ensuring the initiation of actions to minimize the likelihood of occurrence of non-conformities.• Preparing documents to attain the Qualification Certificates to supply material/Services to companies like Aramco for QHSE audit, which comprises of hazard Identification, emergency preparedness and response, PPE assessment etc.• Managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control crew for the different sites to perform the activities in conformance with Quality management system.

Preparing the procedure for Line pipe and OCTG products for Full-Length Ultrasonic testing of Pipes using multi-channel UT head. Training the Operators and crew for the implementation of the procedure. Qualifying them based on proper examination and prepare the LEVEL II certificates. Prepare the documentation for Aramco audit. Lead the auditee team for the qualifiaction process.

For example , Immersion testing is performed to detect defect of size 200 microns for Crank shaft and Hydraulic Break components• Training for new coming NDT inspectors (OJT and Class room) for Ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing.• Allocation of team members to different site activities and monitoring/ witnessing the activities.• Manage special assignments like Shut down works and Heavy foundry, MBF and LRF of various steel plants at regular intervals. Measurement of thickness of flinch, tower and column. Nozzle thickness at top and bottom in exchanger. Inspection of Weld area using PT and MT.QMS Activities (As a management Representative of ISO 9001)• Preparing the Quality Manual, Procedures and Work Instructions for the activities coming under the scope of the Quality management System. Implementing the stated activities in the manual and maintain the system for continuing suitability.• Planning of the Product realization, Derivation of objectives from the Quality policy as per the SMART approach. Analysis the KPIs selected at specified intervals and inform the respective departments about their trend observed in the analysis.• Initiation for selecting continual improvement plans for various departments periodically.
