Support operation of SMT line including solder paste dispensing, solder paste inspection, dispensing machine, pick and place machinery, reflow oven, automated optical inspection, as well as various backend assembly processes including, selective soldering, harness and connector assembly.Specific direct responsibilities will include testing and failure analysis support through development and improvement of programs and processes for ICT, Functional testing and traceability systemsDepaneling /Router machine setupConduct failure mode analysis and develop corrective action plans. Supporting for SMT Process issues in the existed production linesProgramming & Line setup for new products in SMTHandling of the process setup for new products from the front line to back endSolder paste Inspection machine programming and Trouble shootingsPick & Place machine programming & cycle time optimization to meet take timeOptimizing the cycle times for various machines as per take timePCBA Inspection and Knowledge about IPC A-610-G, HKnowledge about solder pasteKnowledge about MSDS. Baking SMD etc…Implement & improve systems,Kaizen processes development & implementationProviding equipment /process training for new and existing employees and subordinatesProfile set up for New Products & regular products. (For Reflow, Selective soldering process)Taking Corrective actions for defectsAnalyzing the DEFECT PCBA, TROUBLESHOOTING and REPAIRSIdentifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.Line setup and product changeover with minimum down time.Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on timeResponsible for production yield and productivity improvement
