I am responsible for operational management of the Web technology environments. I will take care about service infrastructure availability, improvements, audits and controls, efficiencies and costs, associated change activity and team management. I need to work at all technical and management levels, with both internal and external customers and suppliers.Have 15+ years of experience as technical lead/manager in large web development implementations. Proven experience in leading small and medium scale web development team for a developing and deploying for web based products and software applications.Primary Responsibilities:Prioritize and manage the Web technology Operations workload, including people and workload management, and provide guidance on criticality and priority of workload.Manage the teams efficiency, financial targets and meet all financial compliance requirements.Manage the teams integration commitments.Provide Executive Management updates on team performance and status updates as required.Regularly review performance of teams and individuals to ensure SLAs and business requirements are being met.Provide mentoring and coaching to regional managers ensuring that.Information controls, back-up and recovery strategies are in place across all environments.Day to day Operational commitments are met, including Incident, Problem, Change and Request requirements.Provide effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue.Engage regularly with the Service owners to provide service status updates and work on both tactical and strategic plans.
