Current• Successfully managed and delivered large technology initiatives in Agile/Scrum, analyzing business requirements, and working with key stakeholders across Product Management, Software Development, System Architect and QA to develop and implement end to end technical solutions for Financial Advisors (FA).• Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and implementing of a Central Reporting Hub website for financial advisors to monitor the various dimensions of their businesses showing them how they are tracking on key business drivers versus their peer group and their historical trends. FA’s will be able to see both long- and short-term performance, household breakdown by segment and Wealth Management and Total Merrill products and services penetration to allow FAs to refine their service model as well as drill down to individual clients.
