Transplanted 3D constructs of mesenchymal stem cells with amyloid hydrogels via minimally invasive stereotactic surgery in Parkinsonian mice brains. Demonstrated that hydrogels could enhance stem cell survival post-implantation and prevent ectopic migration. The hydrogels also promote neuronal differentiation of stem cells at substantia nigra. -
