At PROFITENCE (www.profitence.asia), we specialize in Transaction Advisory Services, M&A, Business Consulting, Market Research, and CFO Services, with a focus on the CLMVT region (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand). Our sector expertise spans Digital Media, Gaming & Entertainment, Financial Institutions, F&B, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Fintech, Hospitality, Agriculture, and Insurance.Before founding PROFITENCE, I held senior leadership roles at VEON (Beeline), Grant Thornton, and Mega Lifesciences, gaining extensive experience in finance, assurance, risk management, and operations.Under my leadership, PROFITENCE has successfully closed numerous M&A transactions across Southeast Asia and has deep expertise in supporting start-up and greenfield operations.
