• Conduct in-depth research on existing sorority and fraternity residential models across different institutions, benchmarking best practices and successful models.• Create and administer assessment to identify trends and gather insight into the potential benefits and challenges within the context of sorority and fraternity housing.• Based on research and benchmarking, develop a set of well-informed recommendations for developing a staffing and support model for the successful implementation of living learning community models within sorority and fraternity housing.• Work in collaboration with other campus departments, OSFL staff members, house directors, house managers, and local/national house corporations to support efforts to enhance the student experience within sorority and fraternity facilities.

• Recruit, select, and advise LLC Advisory Council (LLCAC) Ambassadors. • Lead bi-monthly LLCAC meetings/plan leadership development activities for Ambassadors. • Coordinate LLCAC subcommittees and advise subcommittees based on purpose. • Assist Ambassadors in planning and executing programs offered across all LLCs. • Manage the LLC budget of $50,000 by processing fund requests and reconciliations for 13 LLCs• Communicate regularly and effectively with bookkeepers/accountants. • Serve as a representative of Academic Initiatives and liaison to academicdepartments/student life offices/administrative departments.• Assist with assessment efforts and data-driven approaches to improving the quality oflife for LLC students.• Serve in the Graduate Assistant Recruitment and Training committee to plan professional development opportunities and host interview weekend for prospective GAs. • Serve on the Residence Life area coverage duty rotation to provide 24-hour on-callsupport service for over 2000 residents in 3 residential halls. • Be knowledgeable about appropriate policies, procedures, and protocols relating toincident and crisis response.• Collaborate with University Housing staff, Office of Student Conduct & CommunityStandards, University Police, and other stakeholders as needed.

• Update and manage the returning student staff assessment process.• Assist in the development of a training programs for students returning to positions for a second/third year.• Construct schedule for in-person training.• Update and create interactive online training modules for several training subjects.• Monitor online training completion and provide progress reports to area supervisors.• Improve existing and create new lesson plans for active in-person training sessions using a varietyof teaching and learning techniques and practices.• Create training assessment plan to gauge learning comprehension and retention.• Develop and design materials utilizing the theme, including welcome packets, the training schedule,nametags, door decorations, staff tee shirts, etc.• Work to schedule and confirm outside and campus partner presenters for August training.
