External Activities:I help our clients in selecting the appropriate model for implementing its best practices in form QMS processes in their organization. Once the model / standard / framework selection is done, I help them to define process, implement process, evaluate and Optimize processes. I also help them to prepare the PIIDs and make them ready for the appraisal.For Organizations which are planning to get appraised at ML5 (for both DEV and SVC constellations of CMMI), I help them to identify QPPOs from their BOs, develop Process Performance Baselines and Models, Refine them as required and execute the PPMs on a regular intervals. I also help them to identify the areas of improvement through Technology Innovation which would lead to saving of substantial cost and validate the results of improvement through statistical techniques (e.g. Test of Hypothesis).Also help International Clients to define processes in-line to COBIT5, Implement them and prepare to be appraised inline to PAM.I help international clients to set up and implement their Service design, Business Continuity Strategy, Information Security Framework, Change Management program, PMO, etc. - which enables the organisations to achieve their business objectives.
