I am a Research Assistant at Leibniz IPHT, Jena, and a Master of Science in Photonics student at the Abbe School of Photonics, Jena. My research interests are centered around nanophotonics, super-resolution microscopy, and nanoplasmonic biosensing. At Leibniz IPHT, I set up a confocal fluorescence imaging and FLIM microscope and supervised a bachelor student in their thesis work on a UZ-interferometry microscope. Previously, I worked as a student intern at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where I set up a multimodal nonlinear optical LSM for optical, SHG, THG, and CARS imaging. My work has been published in Analyst, and I have presented my research at IONS India 2020.I have gained expertise in advanced laboratory techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy, UV-VIS and IR spectroscopy, and OTDR, which I have successfully applied in my research endeavors. I am also proficient in software such as Lumerical FDTD Solutions, NI LabVIEW, NI Multisim, OriginPro, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. I also possess intermediate knowledge in programming languages like MATLAB, Python, and HTML. Apart from my academic achievements, I have also volunteered in various capacities. I currently serve as the President of OPTICA Student Chapter of Jena, where I organize events to promote knowledge-sharing and research collaboration. I have also mentored international students at FSU Jena and have volunteered as an organizer for DoKDoK 2022.
