As an HR Generalist at ADCO, a leading engineering company, I support the HR team in various functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. I work with a diverse and talented workforce, applying my problem solving and communication skills to resolve conflicts, facilitate feedback, and enhance collaboration. I also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.I have a passion for learning and growing, both professionally and personally. I graduated with a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABIT in 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in technical and analytical skills, as well as exposure to various projects and activities that challenged me to think creatively and critically.
