Right from childhood, I was fascinated by buildings and the whole idea of creating and designing them. Being born in a family of Businessmen, pursuing Architecture was a bold and critical decision for my career. My journey at SPA concluded with me receiving my Bachelor of Architecture with Distinction and I was amongst the top seven students in the university. In addition, for my Architectural Thesis, I ranked 1st in my section and 2nd position overall in the university.As an architect, it is certain to me that through our design interventions we can bring a significant impact on the modern world. Technical & technological advancements and sustainability are the core areas within architecture that interest me. My inclination is towards learning advanced architectural technologies to develop solutions that impact the world. I believe in exploring and amalgamating architectural concepts like Adaptability, Modularity, Parametricism, and Sustainability, ultimately aiming towards an architecture that can support a flexible generation and its global opportunities. Apart from a consistent scholarly record in University, I have won a lot of National and International competitions as well. Afloat – Floating neighborhoods for the sinking city of Jakarta hosted by Commun2021, Quarantine Facility organized by IIA - Indian Institute of Architects, Industrial Design organized by NASA India, Mexico Emergency Disaster Housing by TECHO are some of these. Additionally, my thesis was nominated as the best undergraduate Architecture Design Thesis by SPA for its futuristic design innovation and research that addresses the human response to climate change and urban sustainability and is showcased at DSGN.archive Singapore. In 2020, SPA curated an exhibition for the prize-winning alumni’s work during the platinum jubilee celebration, I was featured as the youngest exhibitor among all the panelists.I aspire to establish a multi-disciplinary design lab, to create a better everyday life for people and the planet by bringing together experts from diverse fields and derive holistic solutions to global problems. At no time, I wish to settle down. I yearn to always keep the inquisitive child alive, roaming around exploring the unexplored.
