-> Monitoring company's and team performance across five districts of Odisha in Two Wheeler Finance industry.-> Increasing revenue by converting sales and maintaining good customers and dealer relationship across the assigned geographic area.-> Handling team size of 20 sales officer and analysing their performance and setting target for them.-> Assuring 2 crores of business every month from my team and ensuring proper hygiene factors. ->Mapping business penetration at every quarter and achieving target which is set by RSM every month.

Detail: Improvement in procurement of spare parts to minimize loss in lead time.->During my summer Internship at Vedanta Limited, I assisted in Procurement of Company Spare parts, being an active part of the process and record my observations in order to look for gaps and seek improvements.-> The process involved interacting with officers from commercial and engineering departments and understands the process flow diagram. -> It followed with a thorough analysis of the past data which involved identifying patterns and comparing the numbers to industrial benchmarks and gave suggestion plans to improve the procurement of spare part process to minimize loss in lead time.

-> Worked on project based on marketing research. -> Responsible for vendor onboarding & entitlement of amazon Project for districts of Odisha.-> Acquired new vendors & regulated smooth functioning of service excellence as per amazon guidelines.
