Arranging sales meeting with PPTs, live demonstration without a technical person to understand/ asses’ their software budget/ the spending potential etc. and to estimate the software price if the requirement is not complex on which majority of the requirement can be mapped to our existing features in FactsSHARP / FactsERP.8. Arranging full-fledged demonstration/ meeting for the technical person to estimate the total cost in more realistic. Breaking down the modules and features to specify the price, so that customer can opt for, if they have lesser budget considering the price and quoted.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Provide on-the-job training to new staff members.2. Provide computer orientation to new company staff.3. Conduct seminar sessions on the ways the support incident is fixed.

Duties:• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard: Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.• Advises employees on care and prevention of item received and shipped. Methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock and related problems.•Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported nonusable, slow-moving and excess stock.• Schedule work for special and periodic inventories.• Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures and to determine adequacy of stock levels.• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock-control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
