Joined Franklin as a pivotal member of the Fiduciary FP&A team in India.My roles are:- -Preparing monthly AUM and AUA report which shows assets managed or non-managed by Fiduciary.-Prepare Operating P&L and Balance sheet for month over month analysis-Analysing and project the monthly net increase or decrease in assets.-Notifying the value of intangible assets month over month.-Preparing Monthly & Quarterly financial analysis reports.(Dormant acc, portfolio analysis, etc)-Assist in preparation of board meeting report by contributing with data related to AUM, AUA, income, lost business and other financials-Identifying the transactions which gives insight to any high dollar transactions processed anywhere and also shows the trend in posting of transactions.-Preparing Schedule regulatory report for assets and fee on a quarterly basis.(STIPS, Schedule T, TIC form S, SLT,etc)-Preparing regulatory annual report of foreign holdings of U.S. securities.-Assisting the management in preparation of Annual Budget by generating revenue and expense budget template.-Reconciliation of Non-client accounts which holds securities and cash with the working documents submitted by the respective accounting group.-Analyzing the new and lost business for a particular month. The result of this report is to showcase the revenue lost and gained with new and lost assets, of clients and in terms of fee charged on these assets over a period of time.-Providing robust modelling and reporting to facilitate executive level decision making.Achievements- Recognized by SVP for implementing macros and streamlining the process, created a working relationship for the process and contributed creative ideas on client deliverables.
