I am subham kumar sahu working in JSW BPSL ,Sambalpur.I have 7+ years of experience  in Project and construction. Expertise in PMC(Project planning, Monitoring and control)with execution and commissioning.Currently Associated with JSW steel in SMS project.• I was involve expansion of SMS-02 with the additional Capacity of producing approx. 0.7MTPA crude steel .Accountabilities&Project Deliverables:-Collect the data & information from various project stakeholders & update the same in Integrated Project Management System.Collect the data from SAP MM & PS Module to update the project MIS.Monitoring & tracking of activities and doing analysis for activities performed & balance activities.Preparation & circulation of progress reports by collecting the updates from Project stakeholders.Preparation of Daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedules. Monitoring & tracking the project activities.Preparation & monitoring of various trackers like procurement, engineering, construction activity etc.Discussion / coordination with internal departments for updating PR/PO status & assist department to get it cleared.Participate in Project review meetings & preparation of minutes & actionable points.Preparing MIS for Project budget.Performing various project analysis like critical path analysis, delay analysis, schedule analysis etc.Highlight project interfaces in advance to ensure smooth progress.Preparation of catch-up plan.Coordination with internal / external project stakeholders for getting the required data for project MIS.Frequently monitoring the performance of the project, identify corrective action if requiredSHYAM FERRO ALLOYS LTD.1.I have experience in mechanical project of Submerged Electric Arc Furnance (11MVA,9MVA,7.5MVA & 4 5MVA).2.I have completed 3 projects in Submerged Electric Arc Furnance (11MVA).
