Supply Chain Performance Improvement:• Performed inventory gap analysis by conducting current state assessment of spare parts level across layers of warehouses across the supply chain; identified current inventory level of US$350mn • Executed multivariate part segmentation by integrating demand forecasting and supply planning tool to profile the spare parts inventory into 4 segments, each following separate inventory management policy
