Responsible for all indirect procurement through effective management and strategic sourcing.Oversee the procurement (CAPEX) requirements for OUP across Pakistan.Drive cost-effective procurement strategies for both operational (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX).Responsible for contract management, including the maintenance service level agreements (SLAs) for MEP and HVAC systems such as Gensets, Elevators, and chillers etc.Conduct proper disposal of OUP fixed assets in alignment with the organization's disposal policy and ensuring compliance.Lead the initiation of RFPs for annual contracts, including janitorial services, HR services and security SLAs etc.Proactively identify and propose new business partners, expanding the supplier base while considering their compatibility with OUP's requirements.Solicit quotations from suppliers through RFQs, conducting comprehensive commercial evaluations to facilitate well-informed purchasing decisions.Engage in vendor sourcing, negotiate both commercial and technical terms for supplies and service contracts to secure advantageous agreements.Manage SAP operations by reviewing internal orders, generating purchase orders, and conducting online order releases. Additionally, oversee user data within the system, ensuring correct cost center allocation and accurate asset information.Uphold due diligence and compliance practices, ensuring accurate adherence to guidelines and protocols in all procurement activities.Responsible to make and update the tracking sheet on excel on weekly basis.Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure prompt supplier payments.Perform bi-annual assessments of vendor performance, setting standards and monitoring vendors to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with OUP's expectations.
