• Ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies into existing operations.• Lead the execution of Cap-Ex/Op-Ex projects in accordance with scope, time, budget and resource baselines.• Create the technical and project management documentation from initiation to the close out of projects for optimized execution and efficient tracking.• Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development.• Apply well-defined quality and safety measures in projects’ planning and execution.• Implement company initiatives in projects and business processes under PDU.• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project documents for management approvals. • Anticipate and plan for changes in project scope, timing or costs; and ensure application of formal integrated change control protocol. • Assign appropriate manpower to all parts and phases of the project for timely project execution.• Draft project schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects’ progress and highlight/optimize below par performance of the contractor.• Assist in resolving project management problems like project planning deficiencies, project quality defects, schedule slippages, and potential cost over runs.• Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources for enhancing overall project performance • Uphold engineering ethics and maintain high standards of professional behavior and conduct.• Use SAP MM Module for creating purchase requisitions, issuing material reservations, managing materials inventory and optimizing contracts utilization• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Field Manager/Head PDU.
