As a Technology Officer at Queensland Health, I set up and configure new computer and internet equipment, update software and operating systems, and resolve computer problems and errors. I also train staff on computer literacy and receive and process user complaints. I enjoy empowering tech harmony and ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.I have a passion for data analysis and business process modeling, and I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Information Systems at Torrens University Australia, expected to graduate in 2022. Through my degree, I have developed skills in data analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, project management, and technical skills such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. I have also completed several projects, including an Industry Project for Giverly, where I led a team of five members to analyze their business operations, contexts, and stakeholder requirements, and design and implement a pioneering solution that tackled their key challenges and provided valuable recommendations for future enhancements. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to become a successful Business Analyst and help businesses transform their operations and achieve their objectives.
