Provide leadership to preventive, breakdown and planned overhaul of assigned mechanical equipment. Troubleshooting and rectification of various types of machine problem to maintain better production process daily basis. Follow the safety norms as per company standard and provide training to maintenance team to increase safety awareness. Provide technical training to subordinate and contractor worker to get quality job. Exposure in handling hydraulic operated multifunctional manipulator, Power Pack (maximum Operating pressure 100 Bar), Track pin press, and Hydraulic ram. Checking as well as maintenance all the pneumatic control equipment like as quarter turn actuator control butterfly valve, pneumatic globe valve, plug valve, knife gate valve, R.O Plant. Handling of Screw type air compressor (air filter, safety valve, oil filter, and service kit checking and maintenance), dryer unit, Air blower, cyclone separator, DG set maintenance like as leakage checking, oil filter change, air filter cleaning, water separator check and change, Lub oil checking etc. Maintenance of rotary equipment like as centrifugal pump, single stage (warm and warmwheel type) and multi stage gear box unit which is applicable for speed reduction purpose,bag filter unit, and bucket elevator. Scheduling manpower and distributing them various area for daily maintenance. Implement various corporate initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, CAPA etc. Undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipment. Controlling inventory for critical spare, maintenance tools, other spare parts and equipment’s using SAP. Maintain and updates a log of maintenance work done, documentation (SOP) of overall utilities. End user of SAP PP and PM module.

o Coordinate production work between shifts by completing checklist and documents update.o Handling shift manpower and distribute their necessary job area.o Checking and observing all the process area related to the production.o Final product inspection before dispatch.o Documented all the necessary report like as production report, final checking report etc.
