Group also operates the 2 largest chemicals and fertilization trade businesses in Azerbaijan.Roles and Responsibilities: • Participate in the business strategy formulation, as well as develop the financial strategy for the holding and its subsidiaries, and ensure the implementation of these strategies;• Initiate and lead the development of the financing, investment and dividend strategies of the individual companies, as well as the Group.• Reorganise the work of the Finance Function starting from operational-company level, up to the strategic-holding wise level, to ensure and arrange the effective and efficient operation of the Finance Function and all inter-functional processes;• Development and implementation of financial planning and forecasting, as well as the budgeting and budgetary control processes in all subsidiaries and the HO in accordance with the operational strategy and plans;• Implementation of the periodic financial and operational reporting practice (monthly, quarterly and annual) throughout the group at company and the Holding level for Management Boards of the Companies and the Supervisory Board of the Group. Development of the MIS reporting practice;• Create the financial and operational KPI based management and monitoring framework. Development of the feasibility analysis practice with the use of broad financial valuation and modelling techniques;• Lead the design and implementation of the effective internal control and risk management practice in all subsidiaries.
