Steering Site Administration and conducting the training sessions and internal monthly meetings with the Team, thereby ensuring continuous improvements Leading the Project & Operations Team, managing PR and PO creation for Procurement, Planning for Cost Control, Contributing across installation & commissioning stages, as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure smooth operational .Planning and executing Server & Network Preventive Maintenance, third-party asset PM such as Coating Machines and Generation , polisher etc.Executing the preparation of weekly MIS reports such as Critical Warning List, Top 10 Error List, repeated error list , daily WEC fault reports, downtime for further analysis.
