Subhankar Chatterjee received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineeringfrom West Bengal University of Technology,Kolkata, India, in 2009, and the M.Sc. degree in Mobile andSatellite Communications from the University of Surrey, Guildford, U.K., in 2010. He completed his Ph.D. degree at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Howrah, India (formerly Bengal Engineering and Science University, an Institute of National Importance) in 2017.He worked as an Assistant Professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, University of Engineering and Management Kolkata till March 2018. He was working as a postdoctoral researcher in the department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi for two and a half years. His research interests include Cooperative Relay Networks, Cognitive Radio, Resource Allocation in 5G Networks and Green Communications.
