This work position is a progression from my previous position as the Recognized Study Group Outreach Assistant. I am involved with assisting the facilitation of online and in-person RSG Leader trainings while providing ongoing support to RSG Leaders. I also liason with student organizations within the Faculty of Arts and Science, including associations and clubs. Additionally, I provide peer support and assisted with the facilitation of workshops to support Arts and Science students. This work position is a part of the University of Toronto work-study program 2024-2025.

Was rehired over the summers, during my summer break, to teach public speaking at my allama matter. Taught a camp of over thirty students while working closely with them to enhance their public speaking skills. The ages of students ranged from 14-17.

Researching on sources of finance and assisting with securing financing for a Carbon accounting software in development by the organization.

Supported the outreach and engagement of first-year students within the RSG program,including the development of social media and video content, short class presentations, Quercus posts etc while working within a team of four. Assisted with engagement and community building of RSG Leaders and participants. Also provided feedback and insights into the RSG program to support the needs of first-years. This work position is a part of the University of Toronto work-study program 2023-2024.

Taught public speaking/debates at a camp of over twenty students at my allama matter. Ages of the students ranged between 14-17. Worked closely with students to teach them argumentation structure, strategy and develop their speaking style.Also accompanied students to debating tournaments. Consistently updated the school administration regarding team performance as well.

Founded a Social Welfare Organization along with two of my batchmates and served as its General Secretary. We founded this NGO amid Covid lockdowns when misinformation was at its peak. Thus, we used the organization to combat misinformation through concise, informative, and engaging social media posts regarding topics that had misinformation surrounding them.Also engaged in on-ground work. Collected books and stationary as a part of a book and stationary drive to donate those items to orphanages. Collected monetary donations to conduct a ration drive during Ramadan in order to help underprivileged individuals spend their Ramadan with lasting food supplies. Taught STEM, Art and extracurricular subjects to underprivileged children at orphanages.In addition to this, I managed a team of over fifty volunteers from different cities across Pakistan. I was also responsible for recruiting and onboarding new volunteers.

Taught underprivileged children Science, Mathematics, and Public Speaking at a school located in rural Lahore. Won the Best Intern Award from a pool of over 30 interns.

Worked as a research intern at Bargard, a social policy development NGO. Was tasked with researching about the political manifestos of all major political parties that were presented over different elections in the past. Had to summarise all youth-related policies in these manifestos and present my findings in meetings with my superiors. Attended and spoke at youth summits regarding issues faced by young people.
