The Key OEM customers are Tata Motors, Pune/Jamsedpur, M & M Igatpuri/ Nasik & Kandiwali, Mumbai, Swaraj Mazda, Punjab, HMT, Ambala etc.Job ResponsibilitiesFirst year as an Asst. Manager in new vendor development for machining (CNC, VMC, HMC & Conventional) of Al GDC casting parts, making costing, feasibility study, PPAP verification, SPC study for new development parts.Second year as an Asst. Manager in Standard room activity, calibration, Millipore value, layout inspection of casting & machining part for all new development parts, in charge of leakage testing, fettling quality, Impregnation, final inspection, making PPAP documents, maintain all records as per ISO/TS 16949: 2002, facing external audit. Attending customer queries / audit/ complaints and making necessary CAPA & 8 D, submit to customer and closing the all CAPA, 8 –D with effective implementation and close monitoring.Implementing 7 QC tools, conducting SPC-Cp-CpK, X bar R chart , MSA-GRR study for process, measurement system improvement.Co-ordinating and conducting regular in–house review meetings and feedback meetings with Customers.
