Project Coordinator
Current• Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and delivery of Cityfibre ultra-fast fibre broadband FTTH networks development in Newcastle, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough.• Produce delivery documentations for each milestone of the project on time.• Oversee each sub-project from their planning to delivery and everything in between like subducting, cabling, splicing, building ASNs, and fibre testing.• Fully responsible for managing the clearance of blockages in BT networks with the help of direct teams and subcontractors. • Frequently liaise with client, subcontractors and site supervisors to keep the drawings and trackers up to date.• Always proactively look to improve the current workflow in creative ways to make it more efficient in terms of cost, time and effort.• Active liaison with street works coordinator to be aligned with permits and traffic managements.• Actively provide inputs in daily and weekly planning by tracking all the live issues on site and secure necessary approval from stakeholders to resolve them.
