Handle problem in easy way.Roles and Responsibility:- Ensure rapid lead time supply of all parts with purchase order for new development builds through close interaction and management of prototyping and production suppliers for all phase from concept to product transfer to manufacturing. Doing Product costing of all child part which in use Li-Ion battery pack like sheet metal, Plastic, Electrical & electronics part with proper breakup & ZBC. As NPD I’m working as CFT member & solve problem some time using Brain storming theory. Be energized by collaborating on a cross functional team and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Identifying, fabricating, and evaluating product alternative and prototypes. Sending RFQ, Basic planning and development of project scheduling with reference to issue date requisition and purchase order placement by using SAP MM module Analyzing the marketplace to find the broadest set of capable suppliers globally who provide the best product cost, quality and delivery objectives – insuring maximum bottom-line impact. We are also doing the things VAVE as per our requirement & meet to our quality and provide best cost saving.
