Conduction contract review meeting with CFT (Cross function Team) on every PO receipt to meet customer requirements? Perform project trackers of raw material, LT, cost, and payment of vendor and focused on complete supply chain management related to program through clear and concise status report. Single point of contact for all project related queries between customer and internal CFT. Ensuring the materials in-house as per project plan by pushing suppliers for on time delivery. Understanding the manufacturing requirements and ensuring same has been full filled. Monitoring excess and aging inventory and maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.? Maintained all the ECOs (Engineer change order) and monitored their implementation on respective products to meet the customer quality requirements.? Effectively analyzed excess and obsolete material and highlighted with customer and management to save cost on inventory.? Managing revenue to meet the monthly budget, identifying issues, and taking actions for not meeting targets.? Managed finance and collections to ensure on-time payments from customers, while also tracking non-recurring engineering expenses related to program changes.? Oversaw inbound and outbound logistics for smooth transportation of goods, effectively implementing freight terms with customers, and liaising with logistics, customer service, and export clearance teams to expedite the delivery of cargo.
