I am Subhash Chander yadav, MSW with having more than 18 year experience in implementing and monitoring of biggest social livelihood, health, Framers Club, education, renewal energy projects with an International and national NGO, Humana People to People India, Ibtada and Meganta Financial services Ltd. in several projects and partners like Bridge IT (IT entrepreneurship projects) with Tata Consultancy Services, Nand Ghar (Vedanta foundation),Farmer’s Club and Biogas Promotion (Symphany, German Embassy and UFF Finland) Tejaswini Jharkhand (JWDS), Sashakt MP (SIDBI), Mein Pregati (Crisil Foundation), Entrepreneurship (Avendus Capital Pvt. Ltd., Yes Bank and UNDP), CDP Hissar (Jindal Steel Limited), CDP Jhunjhunu (KhetriCoper Complex), Skill Development Mahendergarh (NABARD) and Rewari (UNDF/NABARD/HSACS and SNS Foundation). I monitoring and supporting livelihood, education, health and farmers club projects in India where I am trained Project Leaderships and staff about qualitative implementation, assist team in planning, budgeting, reporting and accounting, HR policies, develop program manual and trained team to use it as a tool, program designing, recruiting team, supporting National Partnership team in finding new possibility by researching data and demand, analysis if baseline and end line data and submitting report to CEO with ideas and strategies planning for future developments. I have big experience to work with community and stakeholders especially on livelihood, financial inclusion, education, health and Data management etc. I worked in community development projects which is working with community to develop 10 lines like - Strengthening the economy of the families, Health including HIV/AIDS, Pre Schools, Children and Young People as active in the society, People especially children in difficult circumstances, Education, Village Development, Environment,Women Empowerment and Partnership.
