It is a kraft liner paper plant having capacity of 200 MT per day. All the paper machine and pulping section is newly supplied from China. Recently commissioned in April 2016 and put into regular production.

• Worked as Residential General Manager. The Plant is having the capacity to produce Writing & Printing Paper at 150MT/Day . The plant is equipped with Voith Duoformer designed wire part and size press. I contributed towards the substantial increase in production by doing some in-house modifications.

Job Responsibilities:• Worked as the unit head. The plant is having the capacity to produce 100 TPD of Newsprint and Writing Printing paper. The plant was modified to produce 160 TPD of M F Kraft for the market demand of the product

•Worked as Vice President (Operations).The plant is having the capacity to produce 200 TPD and having swing facilities for making both writing print and newsprint paper. The plant has been stabilized under my leadership with full capacity within a month of commissioning. Machine is having a deckle of 4.5 meters and its operating speed is stabilized at 625 mpm . Machine is equipped with DCS & QCS systems.

It is one of the largest Liner board machine of capacity 1000 MT/Day(Recycled base)Roles & Responsibilities:• Commissioning was done under my leadership in the month of July 2006 and machine got stabilized upto its full capacity within a month

• I joined HPC as GET and was deputed to Hindustan Newsprint Ltd Kerala for one year to participate in the commissioning of 300 MT per day of paper plant. Thereafter, participated in the commissioning and stabilization of two paper machines in HPC, Cachar. Worked independently in shift and from July 1989, I was allowed to take independent charge of one of the paper machines and was responsible for production and quality. Both the plants were operating at the speed of 550 mpm.
