I have moved as Whole Time Director ( Commercial ) Board Position to Sabarmati Gas Limirted( SGL) a Joint venture of GSPC and BPCL on deputation.SGL is City Gas Distribution company operating in Gandhinagar, Sabarkantha and Mehsana district of Noth Gujarat.

I joined Gujarat Lease Financing Limited (GLFL )A leading Non- Banking Finance Company, on June 1,1990 as a Head of the following functions: a) Credit Appraisal for Corporate Clientsb) Finance Divisionc) Resource Mobilization ( Liability Marketing )d) Monitoring Receivables, Recovery and Legale) Secretarial Departmentf) General AccountsGujarat Lease Financing Limited ( GLFL ) was predominant financial intermediary between Financial Institutions, Banks and Industrial / Corporate clients.At GLFL I developed, implemented and monitored company’s policies for lending to corporate clients. I also developed and monitored Industry wise exposure strategy for the companyAt GLFL I created well diversified resource base. This includes : a) Consortium of the Banks b) Financial Institution c) Public Deposits d) Short Term Borrowings e) Non- convertible Debentures f) Securitisation g) Loan against FCNR ( B )

While working in C & I department of Bank of Baroda, I gained rich experience in the area of processing and finalization of credit proposal involving large working capital requirements (both fund based and non-fund based) as well as Term Loan requirements of large industrial houses.I have experience of handling proposal pertaining to industries like viz. Engineering, Cement, Textile, Hotel, Ceramics, Government corporations and NBFCs.I was instrumental, at Zonal Office level, in designing rational Credit Appraisal System for the bank. I also was “ Nodal Officer “ office for implementation of World Bank financing scheme in Gujarat Zone of Bank of Baroda.
