Responsible for managing the Shure Danish Interpretation System (DIS) conference and congress system business. This role encompasses business development, technical expertise, and partner management to drive growth and adoption of DIS solutions.Key responsibilities include:-Leading the promotion and sales of DIS systems business in the GCC region. -Collaborating with partners, consultant and system integrators to expand the market share in the region.-Providing expert guidance on system design, integration, and deployment for seamless multilingual communication system.-Delivering training, technical support, and after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and system performance.-Consistently following up with partners and stakeholders involved in projects to ensure successful and smooth transactions.-Forecasting and managing inventory based on the project pipeline and ongoing business demands.-Offering solutions for the specially designed integrated retractable display and conference system in partnership with Arthur Holm.-Cross-selling NMK's other brands products alongside the DIS systems to maximize project business opportunities.-Reporting to Shure's Brand Manager on the project pipeline, sales forecasts, and stock updates.

Responsible for managing ATEN KVM and Professional AV solutions and DigiBird Videowall Controller in the United Arab Emirates.Key Responsibilities: -Building a strong channel partner by identifying and onboarding new channel partners and managing existing channels to expand the business in the UAE region.-Serving as the primary point of contact with channel partners, handling inquiries on technical, commercial, pre-sales, and post-sales support and trainings.-Conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions for partners and end-users to instill confidence in the products and solutions.-Organizing and conducting training sessions for partners and hosting regional roadshows.-Partnering with industry-leading brands for cross-selling opportunities.-In addition to leading brands like ATEN and DigiBird, I also support brands such as Logic AV, CYP, Optimus, and Ecler.-Reporting bi-weekly reports to the Sales Manager on project pipelines, channel development, new partner onboarding, and sales forecasts.
