Have evaluated each and every Equipment that is required for Automatic operations of Cell Manufacturing.Visited all related Equipment suppliers , which are based out of China . Carried out rigorous analysis of their Equipments by my team so that we have minimum challenges when they arrive on site.Demonstrated through my team of 60 plus Engineers how to get prepared for facing every Equipment when they reach the Equipment at suppliers end for FAT. Conducted detailed study of what all is required to carry out FAT and then Installation & Commissioning when the time comes. Each and Every Engineer is capable of Understanding, analysing , testing and explaining every part of the equipment before even seeing the equipment.The entire requirement of Facilities, HVAC, Dedusting, Dry Room and Partition walls, power, etc are being understood . So that each utility is made ready well in time before equipments arrive .Have exposure to NCM and LFP processing from chemicals to Final cell production .All flows like Material , personnel and information from RM to FG is clearly developed. MES integrating with cell and pallet level traceability is visualised and developed .Interacted with Best of the Cell Manufacturing Engineers in China to grasp the fine aspects of Cell making Equipments.A lot more is still to do , to make my country capable for its own Engineering talent in Lithium Ion cell manufacturing.
