With more than 3 decades of experience in the BUS industry, Subhash Kaul is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Global Engineering Transport Solutions (GETS) Pvt Ltd. Having started his career at Swaraj Mazda, he has also worked for DCM Toyota Ltd. and Eicher Motors Ltd. In 1997, Kaul joined Jaico Automobiles Pvt Ltd., a bus body manufacturing company, where he was the Managing Director. In 2008, he was inducted in the Board of Directors at Volvo Buses India Pvt Ltd. He was part of the team that was directly responsible for the joint venture between Volvo and Azad Group, bringing Volvo Buses to the Indian market. In 2009, Kaul Co-Founded GETS technogy solutions Pvt Ltd, a consultancy firm that provides end-to-end solutions for businesses related to buses and the aggregates/applications thereof in the domains of> Manufacturing> Process > Development> New projects> Business process reengineering (including Cost reduction/Value engineering)> HRD> Market and After marketIn 2012, a subsidiary, Gets Automotives Pvt Ltd. started operations for manufacturing aggregates such as doors, hatches, structurals for leading global bus OEMs, the company is in the process expansion into bus interior trim/aggregates.A former cricketer, Kaul, spends his spare time coaching at RX Cricket Academy in Bangalore.
