My role in the Organization Includes• Provide guidance and support to ensure new client acquisitions through the sales team as per the assigned targets and customer profile. • Responsible for Risk Management(Compliance) such as maintenance of adequate funds in client account with due Consideration to Span Margin, Mark to Market Value (MMTV) and limits with reference to Gross Exposure & Turnover Terminal. • To provide leadership to the sales team and ensure high morale amongst team members.
