• Part of Migration and Transformation Team.• DC Exits Migrations from Old Data center to new data center.• Collecting the data ( list of servers) from the command center for the next wave ( weekend)• I was Responsible for Procurement of new storage devices, Implementation, Planning for data migration from Old storage devices to the new devices was a major part of the project • Migration of Data through Storage replication technologies like SRDF. • The Migration and transition was completed smoothly without any outages and issues• Doing the prechecks for the servers in the wave, Preparing the plan for the migration activity.• Raising a change for the weekend and getting the approvals if there is any replicated (R1 or R2) SAN is connected to the servers.• Executing the plan on the weekend in the change window after getting confirmation from the other teams.• Co-ordinating with the other teams like datacenter team, networking team, application team, database team, unix or wintel team, migration managers and command center for the successful completion of the migration activity for that particular wave.• Successfully completed on DC exit project and right now part of second DC project in US region and under the process successful completion.

Roles and Responsibilities as TEAM LEAD:Client Management: Interactions with the customer and leads specific tracks around due diligence, projects and Issue resolution; builds customer confidence IN ORDER TO ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.Mentoring, Talent Management and Recruitment: Mentors the team, regular resource planning to avoid project delays and participates in the recruitment activities IN ORDER TO engage the team and to meet unit/ practice manpower requirements.Support and Maintenance: Leads the Requirement Analysis and Knowledge Transfer, Transition across multiple tracks (Security Administration and Storage, creates escalation mechanism; leads the team and resolves/executes problems and requests (Change Requests and Project Requests) of complexity which span across multiple tracks for SLA Compliance.Knowledge Management: Identifies and drives multiple technology initiatives and involved in preparing the KBA’s (Knowledge Based Articles)Technical Roles and Responsibilities AS a Team Lead, the primary responsibility is planning, tracking and managing the team. Involved in the automation of different work flows  Handled successfully a team of 20 people across the globe. Monitoring on both Change Management and incident Management tickets through BMC Remedy. Pulling the Reports (Individual Performance, Inflow and Resolved Tickets) daily, weekly and Monthly through BMC Remedy. Identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives. My Responsibility is to lead and motivate Team members and encourage teamwork and guiding in communication with the Customers and senior management. Taking care of the CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and make sure the CSAT is not less than 95%. Implemented and tested SRDF/A for selected high-performance Tier 1 applications from DMX3 to DMX4 including creation of dynamic RA groups, dynamic RDF pairs
