− Handling Operation, Logistics, SCM, Warehouse Operation & Key Account Management Involving resource Planning.− Planning & managing the overall inventory management − Handling Customer/Vendor Functional requirement specification including Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Goods Delivery, Billing, Returns, Contract Processing/Renewal, and Debit/Credit Notes & handle escalation.− Liaise and negotiate with Transporter, Suppliers, and Subcontractors & Vendors.− Managing responsibility to update entries in System, MIS & Book’s. -Report & Dashboard− Conduct and Support Internal/External periodic Process & Stock Audit & Maintain record.− Streamlining the system and procedure for effective operation management− Plan & implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.− Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate and available as per production & customer requirement.− Manage assigned job results by Planning, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.− Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training along with Manage & allocate manpower resources according to changing needs with followup.− Handling & Inspection of Packaging, Documentation & arrange Quality Check for all Inward & Outward shipment.− Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

Operation & Logistics Management:-− Managing secure storage of banking material including Receipt, Preservation and Issue of materials for production.− Arrangement of safe unloading, QC and placement of received material in the defined location.− Conduct scheduled Internal & External audit of inventory, to identify any variance, and ensure authenticity of stock and identify non moving stocks so as to eliminate.− Monitor of operators presence & manpower deployment, Planning & organizing daily work, Conduct opening & closing meeting − Planning & Forecasting to avoid materials shortage− Pre-stuffing & fulfillment of stationery as per production requirement.− Documentation, system entry(ERP) of all transactions, Preparing Packing Slip of Purchased/received Items & submit the bill to Finance for bill processing.− Preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly & yearly MIS.Secure Vault Management:-− Vault management as per Visa/Master/Amex/Rupay Guidelines− Receiving of blank cards from company’s other Int. sites, Vendors & Clients− Audit & QC of Received cards by Vault operator & Quality Team.− Storing the material to the defined location − Issue material as per picking slip with updating stock ledger/ ERP.− Destruction of secured rejection.− Invoicing & Payment processing of purchased material.− Inventory Planning & ForecastingTransportation & Dispatch Management:-− Dispatch Management as per Visa/Master Guidelines− New Transporter & Courier Registration as per customer requirement.− Responsible for monitoring Transport & courier expenses. − Dispatch the cards to scheduled transporter/courier as per Visa/Master Guidelines & ensure proper connection by transporter/courier as per booking soft data connection files.− Processing & Re-dispatch of RTO
